Support from management
Worked there for 17.5 years and first 15 was good, last 2.5 awful. Due to 3rd generation coming in thinking they knew everything,but we're at a loss to say the least.
There are a lot of good people working there,as with anywhere some not good for company at all.
No imput here
Attitude towards older colleagues
After 17.5 years of service and never been warned or told of anything was let go and said not working out. Only thing I done was make money for company every month as service manager for last 10 years. I don't consider that treating someone we'll.
Allow for training supported by manufacture.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay was good but feel reason let go was because was making to much money mostly from bonuses which they set the program up.If I made more money so did they but wanted all the money for themselves, but the person worked their tail off to earn it.
Office / Work Environment
Computers not up to date and far short of what was needed.
Use to but not anymore has been going wrong way for at least 5 years now.
No was let go after17.5 years of service for no reason.
No disabled ramps there unless has been added in last 2 years.
Did provide training for OSHA standards.
For the first 12-14 years made to feel appreciated since 2010 was terrible.
Inclusive / Diverse
Since 2010 ideas were only good if thought of by them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't think it can be helped until ownership changes.
What I like about the company
From 1995 to 2010 great company started sliding after that and has been constantly sliding.
