The work climate was very stressful and did not warrant a lot of trust.
Support from Management
The deadlines were never realistic.
Level of Autonomy
The workload was never distributed fairly. You were always micromanaged.
Employees were informed somewhat about success. Employees were mostly informed of failures.
Women were not equal in pay and were looked over for promotions, and the more challenging assignments.
