Support from Management
Not a lot of expectations besides get the correct part to the rightee person as quickly as possible.
There is a large age range and experience factor that leads to friction among the team. But its still not too bad.
Suggestions for improvement
- Overall a great company to work for. There could be a little more team building and understanding of everyone's roles in the business. Communication is key to their success within the company and with customers, it does break down occasionally among the stores leading to trickle down headaches.
