Support from Management
New management team made poor decisions that disrupted efficiency. Team feeling was lost.
Suggestions for improvement
- Bring back the original management teams style and team spirit and understand how the present teams greed effects peoples lives in such a hurtful way. Moral there was at an all time low when I was let go.
I like about the employer
I loved them for over 22 years. They made working for them great. There was a real team spirit there. When the new management team took over, all was lost including my future there. They claimed that they needed to stay competitive, but their selling prices remained the same or even increased while they moved kids to Costa Rico at their new L-Tree facility. I am now just barely making ends meet, their "reward" to me, a faithful knowledgeable employee who busted his chops for them for so many years.
