Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure there are enough staff members to get the job done. My main reason for leaving was that the workload was too much for a team of 5 that should (and is budgeted) for a team of 7.
I like about the employer
The team that they hire is a great team. The culture that NTI insists on keeping is very positive, fun, hardworking and caring.
I dislike about the employer
Due to it being a for profit school, NTI is under tight regulations and compliance which has been increased and thus hurting the enrollment process for the company. They have had to downsize staff numbers significantly in the last two years. It's a constant worry.
