In a company of this size 5 people did all the true work and then were scapegoated for it.
You are told never to communicate upward
No social awareness surveys were given that resulted in staff commenting on race issues in the work place that were never addressed
None. This is all lip service from them.
challenging to overcome the level of red tape you have to go through to get something done.

No Ideas are supported until such a time as management can turn them around to be their own.
Suggestions for improvement
- A massive overhaul of management. Reach out to the people who you let go this past year for challenging the status quo and sticking up for clients. They will tell you how they were targeted and scapegoated for incompetence.
What I like about the company
Nothing really. they used to be a solid trustworthy company but now they lie to clients and staff alike.
What I dislike about the company
It is now a political organization where every midlevel and executive manager has delusions of grandeur
