Suggestions for improvement
- Stop yelling, intimidating and humiliating temporary workers in front of their peers. Don't terminate employees after 6pm and wait for them to show up the next morning at 9 am, to inform them they have been terminated and walk them out the door like they are criminals. Allow employees to use their brains instead of turning them into robots.
