Purports to be a Culture of safety and employee support. However, that is not the case. Some employees call it the NASSCO two step. or the Blame game.
Support from Management
NASSCO management does support the employees when everything is going well. Yet when things get tough, management reverts back to blaming the hourly employees even when the fault lies with management.
The hourly employees are the ultimate in teamwork. When a viable plan is in place all the trades come together to work as one.
