There is no trust, no culture no family. If you are a different ethnicity, they will make sure they will show it. It's fair for them to speak and act as they want, but you cannot show any other ethnicity.
Support from management
The management never works for you, always works for themselves and what they can take from you and the leadership is non existent.
When it is just he employees. When management gets involved there is no organization.
If there are any issues, management will not let you know until there is a review and the. Bad review will follow you all the time so there is no income increase or bonus.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older colleagues have always the authority to do as hey please. No matter how hard you work, you will never have the chance because of seyority.
Overall compensation for your work
No matter how hard you work, your compensation will always be based on the amount of time you are there.
Office / Work Environment
systems are always slow and having issues.
There is no fair trade. If a higher authority does something wrong, you the employee are at fault and HR does not help as well.
In order to have your job secured, you have to speak French.
There is no safety. If there is an issue and you go to HR, there is no neutral or equality.
Inclusive / Diverse
There is NO diner situ supported unless your French Canadian, which are all the employees and upper management, accept for one person, who is American. If you do not speak French l, no other language other than English is accepted. Also no employee or management that speaks French have to speak English, only any other ethnicity has to speak English.
Suggestions for improvement
- Everything. In order to have employees that want to work, RESPECT is always the key ingredient for that retention.
