Suggestions for improvement
- Hire managers that are actually experts in the field over which they are managing.
Don't assume that managers are always right and employees are always wrong.
Conduct -fair- employee annual review system. Do not use annual review as a way of punishing employees.
Trust employees and treat them like adults not like errant children.
