Support from Management
The director never included his supervisees in the decision making process and said "I'll hire whoever I want to and it's none of your business". He was hiring his friends and no other. He would not mediate employment issues when workers refused to meet requirements after due notices.
Suggestions for improvement
- The upper management need to be driven by employee wellness not by the dollars they bring in.
