Suggestions for improvement
- Better trained managers, that are really managers. Having a more fairer compensation plan that is a little more balanced among the route drivers. Work on attitudes on the office/warehouse. They act like they are doing you a favor when they are giving you a part you need or extra product. They, and management, are not sensitive to the fact you are on commission. When a machine is down, and waiting for a part, or someone to help you fix it, that directly effects your pay; not theirs.
What I like about the company
Being on the road, with some flexability for meals and breaks. Work at your own pace, with little direct supervision. Your working with fun things like stuffed animals, candy, video games etc
