It was such a revolving door not only for the employee aspect but also for the supervisor position. A lot of the time we would help each other at the insistence of a supervisor which then changed to going to a supervisor. There were a lot of mixed signals from the higher ups on down.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better benefits, something to help deter the revolving door aspect, make sure supervisors are clear on what the owner views and ethics are so they can do their job effectively, better and proper communication, no belittling down, etc.
