Overall compensation for your work
Benefits were good, but the stagnating pay makes it hard to want to stay.
I've never worked with people so out of touch with reality.
This is both good and bad, hard to get fired, but this also means people up top are rarely wanting to leave, especially when they should have left a long time ago.
