  • Add more supervisors with actual work knowledge. Communicate better with employees. Create more a family atmosphere and not treat people like a number

1. I like working with the union members of my company
2. I like the ability to work extra hours to Brin in more $ for my family
3. I like the low stress of my job

What I dislike about the company

Management has no knowledge of the work they are managing.
Corporate managers are not in touch with employees
they are far behind in health and wellness programs
