Not impressed with anything about this company
Harassment and cronyism are alive and well. And both run deep.
Support from management
Manager was great but his hands were tied up in the burocracy.
Conflicting processes. Old vs new teams stepping on each other.
People try to communicate but their knowledgebase is not used to the fullest extent because of old processes from relics of managers who performed their best work at the turn of the century
They have finally made this initiative to hire more women.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The okder folks are treated well
Never offered any training.
Overall compensation for your work
They paid me like a junior and expected me to make decisions as a director.
Office / Work Environment
Open space. No private cubes. Expensive cafeteria.
Work from home is allowed but in some cases frowned upon. 10 to 14 meetings per day Are the norm and med management tells us to prioritize. Nights and weekends are often taken up as well.
That is the only reason why I lasted 18 months but many have been laid off since I left
Not nearly enough stand up desks.
They are big on this
Impossible to succeed because the processes are immature.
Inclusive / Diverse
As a lesbian I had a male manager harass me unmercifully. It was reported to his manager but he kept it up because his manager never discussed it with him.
