Suggestions for improvement
- Repeat offenders would be disciplined accordingly and held accountable. Management would make their self seen more often. Staff will get paid more than $10 for being on call. All staff of the same title would be treated the same and expected to succumb to the same obligations.
What I like about the company
Was able to move up quickly in my facility. Pay is competitive.
What I dislike about the company
Management is completely hands off. No repercussions for errors being made. Same staff members calling multiple times they are no disciplinary actions. There's a lot of favoritism and bullying at this facility.
