Suggestions for improvement

  • Having more flexibility with how things are implemented.

What I like about the company

My experience overall has been very positive. I enjoy the flexible schedule and being able to telework. I manage my own time for the most part. I like the autonomy that I have.

What I dislike about the company

The rules change quite a bit and they are sometimes autocratic when implementing how things must be done.

What I like about the company

Great foundation and opportunity to explore medical research and development, but lack of appreciation for dedicated achiever and hard worker.

What I dislike about the company

Too much politics in appreciating excellent work and even give negative rating against the supervisor's recommendation. You have to support instead of protest, even things are going wrong, to keep job. No loyality appreciated for hard work.
