Support from management
Upper Management always changes.
Within the DC, there is a great deal of teamwork. Outside the DC, teamwork is lacking.
Departments rarely communicate with each other thus creating unrealistic plan expectations.
There is real work-life balance as much may be expected but you will have enough time to spend with family.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide stability for upper management. They should be allowed to stand on their 2 feet and not be afraid to say no to owner and CEO.
