Same level of autonomy for every store and no consideration for higher volume or heavy workload
HR is horrible and treat associates poorly if anything is questioned

Associates are paid minimum any never given raises. Reviews are not completed.
Office / Work Environment
Horrible, lighting issues only addressed after 3/4 of store is dark. Fire extinguishers not up to code, only recharged if discharged not when dates have expired. Accidents waiting
Company does not care about associates or Mgmt teams lives
Employees do not speak about company in a positive manner.Only stay till new opportunity comes
Zero job security , average FT employee receives 28 hours if lucky.
ADA access is Extremely poor , none existent .
Company does not repair anything broken and associates are expected to produce same levels of expectations with Broken or no equipment .
Products in many cases are poor quality and several have defects.
