Suggestions for improvement
- On site day care. Need to have incentive
There is nothing positive to share. I go to work every day wondering if today is the day the company closes.
The entire company. The owner has no clue what upper mangement does to the employees in his name. If you post on social media, anything about the company you get fired. If you call the corporate office and complain you get fired.
This company has no culture, 95% of management is from somewhere else and this prevents a culture from developing.
Management has no sense of reality when providing payroll to complete assignments
All teamwork is from employees, this is not encouraged through the company culture
Employees have no say in their work structure, and priorities can change by the hour.
There is no company culture, they seldom promote from within therefore the culture at any given store will be that of where ever the new manager came from
Front line managers have almost no authority as every secession is micro managed from home office management
At least in my location teamwork is very important as we are given such a low payroll to work with we have to work well together to stay above water
Leadership team lacking in all areas
Same level of autonomy for every store and no consideration for higher volume or heavy workload
HR is horrible and treat associates poorly if anything is questioned
No appreciation whatsoever!
Managers are not allowed to manage, as all decisions are made from home office who micro manage everything
