Support from management

Upper management say they are there if you need them but do not return emails or phone calls for weeks, do not offer support at all.

Overall compensation for your work

Lowest pay in the industry, and open the most hours.

Work-Life Balance

Its common for management to work well over their required 55 hours per week. Every weekend required and holidays. While district and regional managers say their working but cant be found and do not answer or return calls on weekends.
