Management constantly changes goals, making meeting goals impossible. They prefer to fire people over training or working to increase skill.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees as humans and not used tissue paper.
I like about the employer
A lot of newest manufacturing technology.
I dislike about the employer
Management over-reliant on technology, and treats employees as disposable assets. Employees with 15+ years in the business are treated poorly. It's more "who you know" than what you can do.
