Too Far, Too Fast
What I like
I liked the high energy level of the company and its striving for growth.
What I dislike
The company doesn't communicate its goals and objectives well to the front line employees that help generate the company's income.
Suggestions for improvement
Improve communication up and down the chain of command. Take better care of your staff in general. Bew honest and transparent as a company.
I'm not sure if it is currently OSHA compliant, however, it is not compliant with recommendations for handling injured employees in general, and in providing a transitional work environment for injured employees medically released for light duty. Communication with the company's insurance carrier is poor as is communication with individual employees.
