Our manager was very customer service focused, however I felt that the messge from the top down was more numbers based; keep calls as short as possible and hold times low, which doesn't always solve the problem at hand.
Support from Management
Personally I had a great manager. They were very understanding and encouraged our team to learn and excel in areas we were interested in within the company and would schedule training in those areas
