Support from Management
Management was usually available. At times it would be difficult to get a managers help at peak hours or weekends.
My job was in customer service so my teammates didn't work directly with me.
Level of Autonomy
Too many emails received regarding changes or anything else. Team meetings would be a better way to inform employees to ensure everyone is on the same page.
