Suggestions for improvement
- The work can be depressing, they need more bonuses to make it worth it. Less micromanaging, focus on the people that need help, not the company
What I like about the company
Seemed like a good atmosphere, lots of discounts on various items/opportunities
What I dislike about the company
I didn’t like that they were listening to my calls and the constant criticism when I know I handled the call well. They were more concerned with quantity over quality and the satisfaction of the caller.
