Management does not lead, they intimidate.
Some are heavily favored over others
Employees are often made to feel they are on a need to know basis & more often than not do not need to know.
They practice heavy favortism.
There is no career path unless someone leaves
They try to put lipstick on a pig; has been sold twice in 3 years. Again, sales and HR leadership is not very professional. Selfish.
Sales leadership is a joke; very juvenile and discriminatory. Very junior league; customer is last to be considered.
Sales/marketing employees are good people
Unrealistic work demands. Chided if you don't work 50+ hours (sales)
