Support from Management
Sups and team leads want you to get borrower on and off the phone asap however it should be mandatory for them to spend a day on the phones each month to see it isn't always as easy as they think. In training management talks up $2000 bonuses...In a year and a half of being there I have yet to see someone come close to that, it maybe possible if they worked 90hr work weeks otherwise its impossible!
