Suggestions for improvement
- The only area of improvement I feel is the attendance policy
What I like about the company
The company genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their employees, especially in the call center environment. This is due to the stressful environment the call center is. Thus, the company provides PTO and other benefits to make sure the employees are supported and appreciated for the job they are doing. Not only does their appreciation go towards the call center, but in all areas of the building from claims to Human Resources.
What I dislike about the company
The one thing I disapprove on in the company is the strictness of the attendance policy to a point. The only area I do not agree with is the sickness policy. They do not accept any form of documentation relating to a sickness UNLESS it is from a hospital. If there is a doctors note only, they will not accept it and you will have a tardy occurance for the day. I feel that they should take into consideration doctors note that advise that the individual should not be working if he or she is ill. You shouldn’t want your other employees to be susceptible to contracting an illness.
