Support from Management
Supervisors did not give employees opportunity to discuss or improve situations. It was all "do it this way", no compromise even if it would improve all employee's morale.
Suggestions for improvement
- Supervisors should try being fair when judging employees, and compensate the employees that are loyal, punctual, working an abundance of overtime, over exerting, not taking too much time off and producing a quality product for clients.
