Supervisor don't commend the employees just expect spreadsheets done in a timely manner and if something negative arise than you are told to do what needs to be done for correction.
Support from management
Leadership needs improvement due to lack of concern, communication, compensation and direction.
Teamwork is excellent and this is the tool that holds the organization together.
Freedom to work independently
Employees don't have a say about the workload you are expect to do what is provided to you.
Lack of communication; leadership always wait until the last minute to let you know about meeting and agenda and purpose of meetings.
Lack of career development and if you have a degree that isn't taken in consideration for salary purposes. Employees without degrees make more than workers with degrees.
Overall compensation for your work
Wages and salaries don't match the title for position and benefits are high for employee purchase.
Office / Work Environment
The morale among the employees isn't great due to lack of raises that were promised, lack of communication, lack of recognition and etc.
Not sure if the company supports fair trade and when employees want to help different causes such as March of Dimes, Sickle Cell, back to school drive the ideas are always not considered.
Work life balance works when the employees are strong to keep their priorities straight at all time even when the work is overwhelming.
The images in the beginning was that the company represented Disney and quality however the company right now is so far from being a Disney or the Quality Way.
All jobs are unstable due to lack of communication and expectations from leadership; you never know if your performance is poor or great.
The company doesn't accommodate for individuals with disabilities however I truly believe that if an employee has a disability an accommodation would be made.
There hasn't been training for OSHA, fire, or emergency procedures.
There is no accomplishment feeling - leadership doesn't provide feedback unless you make a mistake

Company promotes diversity by utilizing Spanish speaker employee however she isn't compensated for her additional duties.
Suggestions for improvement
- Leadership needs to recognize that the greatest assets are the people (Human Resources) and communication, recognition and direction should be adhered to in order for the company to be successful.
