Company offers a flex schedule but it's only available for certain departments. They also offer the ability to work from home but it's at the discretion of your manager. It is unfair because you could have most of your team given this option and the rest not. It is very biased. The company promotes a work life balance but once in the company that depends on your manager. Management needs training and should not be allowed to over rule the company's benefits.
Suggestions for improvement
- Create a more positive environment. You have great people that work there and they should be appreciated.
