What management? Leadership is in constant flux with the revolving door policy currently in practice.
Attitude towards older colleagues
All the older, original and wiser staff with product and industry knowledge have since been forced to leave.
Suggestions for improvement
- Bring back stable leadership. Make the workplace a fun and enjoyable environment.
What I like about the company
Today, not much.
What I dislike about the company
No leadership. Constant layoffs of good talent. Especially those with decades of industry and product knoweldge. Low pay and increases, when they occur, that doesn’t keep up with cost of inflation.
