HR access is less than stellar. Help desk type mentality. No exit interview.
Support from management
Training, support and employee development lack leadership direction.
Communications very poor. Lack professional character in email and voice mail responses.

Suggestions for improvement
- HR, management accessibility, fairness, training are all areas that need improvement for employees. Honesty also an issue in sales to customers. Promises made to get business and product capabilities are oversold leading to unhappy customers.
What I like about the company
NCR offers good competitive salary and benefits.
What I dislike about the company
I didn't feel I was treated fairly. HR management or escalation process lacks effectiveness. Poor communications and management.
