Support from management
The promised training doesn't happen and the statement of support from top management was given without value.
Office staff and sales staff work very well together.
Freedom to work independently
While majority of managers encouraged working independently and trusted staff employees. there was micro management by top management person and degrading towards "some" office staff.
Regular communication was unheard of.
98% of management and staff were conscious of recycling and energy waste.
For management it was work first motto. For staff the management identified well with employees and understood family/work situations.
I was until new top management took reign

So-so. It is foreign owned company and while they try to accommodate their employees, there is often slights to those not from the foreign country.

The clear set of procedures/expectations of head office.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of management communicate, training and support.
