The company cares about their patient's as if they are family as well as the employees are treated like family members.
Support from management
Overall there is good support from the supervisors, but at times promises are not carried through with, whether it is in training, additional skills, etc
Everyone pulls together to help one another
Freedom to work independently
You have the opportunity to work on your own, as long as you ask questions when you need assistance
Yes everyone is kept up to date with work related changes, as mtgs are held every other week & sometimes weekly if there are a lot of new things happening.
women are treated equally. Presently we have all women employees.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Yes they are diversified with the age of the employees.
Certain employees may have additional support for training advancements(do to it being a smaller business) request for additional training has been requested but yet to happen. For the most part one may have to take additional classes/training on their own if you are looking for that.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries could be increased to match the responsibilities, but there are other compensations available such as company retreats, Christmas company party with their family members, time off if needed. Depending on employment status you have an option to join their insurance, 401k, etc
Office / Work Environment
Yes. Plenty of windows, with central AC and heaters we also have a few space heaters if you need one
Yes. We recycle all the paper, boxes, cans and bottles
Yes there is concerned for family members, the company is flexible that if you need off to care for a family member at the last minute or if your ill feeling to let you off work, or for other appointments. This one of the best aspects I think of the company.
We are very proud of this company, our employers, and its employees
No ramps, no steps, just roll right in with handicap entrance doors and rest rooms and large exam room
It is challenging and at times stressful when you have emergency appointments and the schedule gets back logged, but there is very little cross training. There is very little room for advancement.
Inclusive / Diverse
Yes all ideas are heard and considered and tossed around at the meetings to come up with a best solution.
