They need to stop accusing people of being on drugs and then find out there not and fire them anyway.

Employee

What I like

Have worked there almost 20yrs. Made a lot of friends. Learned different jobs

What I dislike

Management. Just wish they would listen to employees ideas & bring back all the benefits & reasons people started working there. Put it back in the Japanese hands when it was successful

Suggestions for improvement

Bring back all the extra curricular stuff they use to do for the employees. Listen to the employees when they suggest things on the floor. Go back to PM machinery, instead of waiting till it breaks down to fix it. There is a reason everyone is leaving. They need to step back & look at the real reasons why.

Former EmployeeWorked in Production until 2016.

What I like

Not much to like anymore . Used to be a good place to work. Too much back stabbing in the departments and too much "good old boy" mentality. Parking is about the only good thing.

What I dislike

Won't listen to associates who are actually doing the jobs. Blame is put on the workers for poor quality product instead of on management. Got to make production is the mantra - even if the production is bad quality and gets returned and requires massive overtime to make up the production.

Suggestions for improvement

Listen to your associates. If something is wrong/broken FIX it.
