This company had no compasion for their workers. And did not want employee's input.
Suggestions for improvement
- Find ballance in the shop empoyee's life. And much needed work on safty.
I like about the employer
The training program and the diversaty in people.
I dislike about the employer
The hours they made you work were unreal, And you treated as a number there. People were not treated as equals. And safty was just talked about and not inforced by the company. There were to many acidends and many were very serious. Many employees worked there just because of there pay check. Most people had a bad attiude about their employer. The moral could not be any worse anywhere else. It was inpossable to keep a good attiude. That was felt by all.
