Suggestions for improvement
- Allow more remote work opportunities. We developed the software to do so but employees are limited on how often we can work remotely.
Senior throws everything to middle management, but not supportive when they are not working properly or find the solution.
No social activities and team build is promoted.
One way e-mails, but no feedback.
No training provided.
Profit goes to world HQ, or absorbed by profit with currency exchange.
Clean and modern building.
