Suggestions for improvement
- Very old school inside the building. The Tyler office is "housed" inside the TX Workforce Solutions building which is already pretty old.
What I like about the company
The actual team of ladies I worked with in my department were very nice and helpful. They also offer pretty good benefits and time off.
What I dislike about the company
The majority of the case workers never had time to speak with their clients and when their client were denied services from the case worker, the case worker never wanted to speak with them again until they turned in the corrected paperwork. They always made the receptionist or front desk phone person explain to the client why they were denied services and of course the client was very rude because they were upset they were denied for various different reasons. If the case worker denied the client services, then in my opinion the case worker should take 5 min to explain why. Always worried about meeting their goals or else the Board might not renew their contract and bring in someone else.
