Suggestions for improvement
- Pay hourly wage plus commission this is 2015! give discounts all year long, where is the fun to work in retail without the discounts!

Parking not paid, salary only commission based, commission hit by returns until a year after purchase. No written rules for returns. Too many sales associate for the amount of customers, thus highly competitive environment. Limited discounts during limited time during the year.
