Management makes positive comments sometimes, but a lot of times they let gossip or their bad day get in the way of that
Support from Management
Please stop picking and choosing favorites, and stop letting the same people get away with things that are unethical and downright rude and hurtful
No teamwork whatsoever. Pretty much every man for themselves. Be careful not to "steal someone's customers" even though we don't make any commission on sales. Employees get very catty and management doesn't support the employees.
