Suggestions for improvement
- I think they should offer more time off for mental health related and family issues.
Though leadership communicates clearly how company goals are to be met, they expect perfection and employees should be given room for making errors. All leadership is involved in all devision making decisions unfortunately.
Colleagues don't work well togther in a team environment but yet they are honest and direct.
Yes this communication is sent through daily email which is required to be check on a day to day basis.
the culture is fantastic. I have never worked in a place with management that WANTS to help you succeed.
in my department leadership sets high expectations.
we work in a call center. but if we need help coworkers are welcome to help.
there is always opportunities to move up
