Suggestions for improvement
- They need to sort out leadership in order to streamline exactly who it is you are chiefly reporting to. We employees wear a lot of different hats and it can be unclear at times just who your chief leaders are.
I like about the employer
Very easier to discuss matters vertically (i.e., not bound by strict chain of command) with high-level employees. Big enough to be effective, small enough that every voice can be heard.
