Suggestions for improvement
- Too much to list but, start with practice manager and her friends she has hired and this girl has preferential treatment and is not heeding the same as the other employees rules to work by. 2 hour lunches are taken by a select few, whoever is a friend of the office manager. People go running to the manager like a kid in kindergarten, tattling on another employee. Not enough time in one day to get done what needs to be and can't get help from a fellow employee and, only one person can come in early to catch up but, no one else is allowed to.
