Suggestions for improvement
- I understand things have changed since I left. However, while I was there I would strongly suggest to focus more on technology and less on location. Given the ability to be a recruiter and work anywhere shouldnt mean that you need to locate your office away from your population base and toward industry. The ability to comfortably get to work means more than to your employees, your clients are not going to drive to you. Be where your employees can live and reduce the cost of their expenses and let your sales team do what they do best - connect with clients wherever they are.
What I like about the company
Speaking as a recruiter to other recruiters or support staff, its a great environment. Relatively low stress for a staffing company, plenty of autonomy, and a strong support network. If you are driven and self-motivated this is a company you want to work for. If you need someone to watch over you and tell you what to do this is NOT the company for you.
