The only leadership was a guy trying to bully you into doing more work for less money and then bragging how he makes $400k a year while they find ways to take away any part of your commission they can.
Weekly meetings that you have to drive to without pay or gas compensation but they are mandatory.
They are very money driven. With the large sales comes large demands on your time and person. You may have to drive 3 hours to an appointment and finish at midnight just to drive 3 hours back home.
