None. Constantly searching for answers to questions.
No room for advancement.
Working 70 hours a week. Paychecks were alright but if you broke it down you were basically making 15 an hour
Weekend work was busier than work during the week.
People were laid off constantly and they took more and more money making opportunities away from you.
NO COMMUNICATION from management! Nestle appears to be a very organized company with two policey manuals given to new employees. One problem, management does not enforce or adhear to company policies.
Both male and female employees held this position.
No communication or feedback on job performance.
No handicap accomodations.
