Suggestions for improvement
- On your next semi-annual layoff, consider getting rid of middle-managers, not the people who do the actual work. Customers don't buy powerpoint presentations, they buy products.
I like about the employer
Friendly culture, not cut-throat.
I dislike about the employer
Bloated middle-management acts like a high school clique. If you are in the clique you are promoted, and your opinion carries weight. Your actual skill and experience don't matter if you're in the clique. If you are not in the clique, you might as well not exist. Lots of gossiping by middle-management, they use derogatory names for workers not part of the clique.
